Can not connect my (android) smartstat app with my smartstat. p.s. I work in IT!

For support please email support@heatmiser.com with as much detail as possible so that we can try and help. Email support is always tricky when you need to troubleshoot. This is why we always suggest calling to save time but if this isn't possible, email is the next step.

I (and partner) eventually got connected (via correct Android app) but then both our phones/apps lost connection and all the settings/zones and have not been able to re-connect. VERy disappointing and as you identify, backup/support severely lets it down.

Same... and despite only being open 9-5 (when I'm at work) the only advice they'll give is ring us.
